ReplyDeleteAbout the iPod, DH says it could be that the battery went kaflooey (my word). I described the situation to him and he said there are after-market batteries available since Apple didn't want to sell them. Over time, it won't hold the same charge, like all lithium batteries. He says to read www.ipodbatteryfaq.com where you'll find a lot of Q&As. He does think it should work, however. The replacement battery would be either $60 or $80, depending on model. If that's the problem. It's also possible that there was a recall on the one you have -- check the serial number and the Apple website. (Typing as he talks.)
Glad the computer stuff is making progress. How'd the preferred keyboard do once it dried out? Or is it really gone?
